Dr. Andrea Cook completed her PhD in synthetic organic chemistry at Georgetown University, under the direction of Christian Wolf. Her research focused on the development of novel enantioselective C—C bond formation reactions using alkyne and ynamide nucleophiles. For the past five years, she has developed curriculum for and taught Organic Chemistry at Trinity Washington University.
