The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy’s National Science and Technology Council’s Strategy Team on Sustainable Chemistry will host a webinar to help the Biden-Harris Administration fulfill our commitment to moving the Federal effort on sustainable chemistry forward through coordinated interagency science and technology efforts.

This is the third in a series regarding the team’s tasks of defining, assessing and preparing a strategic plan in the area of Sustainable Chemistry in response to direction in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2020. The presenters in the webinar will focus on communicating the use of data and assessments to make decisions for sustainable chemistry choices and advance the technologies and processes that provide this data and contribute to Sustainability. 

The speakers include Jakub Kostal from George Washington University, Renee Hackenmiller-Paradis from Nike, and Manojit Basu from CropLife America.

This webinar is open to the public. Participants will be able to send questions in the chat for the discussion facilitator to pose to the panel.
