Shadow Day for Prospective Students interested in the BS/ MS and MS Environmental and Green Chemistry Programs

Join the Chemistry Department to experience firsthand what our MS in Environmental and Green Chemistry (MS EGC) program is all about. Attendees will program director, Dr. Kostal; attend an Environmental Chemistry Class, and meet with current students in the program to find out more about how  they work together with program partners to address real-world sustainability and green chemistry challenges. Please visit the MS EGC page for degree program requirements. Our Shadow Day is for students interested in our combined BS/MS EGC as well as our MS EGC program.

The fall date is on Monday, November 13th beginning at 3:00 pm.

MS EGC Program at a Glance

  • 30-credit hour program

  • 5 core focus areas: energy, environmental analytical chemistry, air/water chemistry, green chemistry processing and green toxicology

  • Work with program partners in local government agencies, NGOs and industry

Dr. Kostal will walk you over where you will join a current Environmental Chemistry class and meet some of the students.
